New OC Sketch

Alright so here is a new OC that I adopted from who generously gave him to me and allowed me to add some acessories.
I have named him Roger. Here is some info on him:

Name: Roger
Age: 16
Likes: goofing off, flying on clear summer days, windy days
Dislikes: anything very scary and dangerous
Elements: Wind
Personality: Roger is a very care free kind of guy. He is constantly goofing off by himslef and with friends, particuarly Leon. You could say hes a but of a clown and attention seeker. Secretely he feels quite lonely and feels like the wind understands him more than anyone else. He trys to act being brave but in very dangerous situations he gets very scared and has a hard time getting the courage to fight when backed into a corner but he will do anything he can for his closest friend.
